Mexico City, July 16, 2020. Alejandro Gutiérrez de Velasco, CEO of Poliforum León, State Government of Guanajuato, and Bernd Rohde, CEO of Hannover Fairs Mexico, announced today that Industrial Transformation MEXICO 2020, the leading Industry 4.0 tradeshow in Mexico and Latin America, will take place virtually from October 28–30.
“The wellbeing of our visitors, exhibitors, employees, and partners is our number one priority. After evaluating the current COVID-19 situation in Mexico, our organizing committee and the Government of Guanajuato decided to stage Industrial Transformation MEXICO 2020 virtually – the logical step in face of continuing uncertainty. Technology and innovation are the core of Industrial Transformation MEXICO. Going virtual demonstrates that digital formats function successfully,” explained Rohde.
The virtual program features an exhibition as well as matchmaking rooms, a press center and conference tracks for audiences ranging from students all the way to CEOs involved in Industry 4.0.
“The Government of Guanajuato will participate in all areas of this innovative platform, continuing to promote the shift towards ‘mind-facturing’ students and companies in Guanajuato,” added Rohde.
“We value the support of all those involved in the event, from our partners and visitors to our suppliers, the Government of Guanajuato, Poliforum León and, above all, our exhibitors in this important industry. Thank you for your understanding and support. This is a global challenge, but our community is strong. We look forward to seeing you at the second edition of Industrial Transformation México next October as we continue to create the path for the future”.
